Opened on 29 March 2026, World of Frozen is the new land in Disney Adventure World, entirely dedicated to the world of Frozen. It is the largest expansion ever built in the history of Disneyland Paris: the kingdom of Arendelle comes to life over several hectares, with its fjords, chalets and snow-covered mountains. A major addition that completely renews the park experience for fans of the franchise, and which has already become one of the most visited areas of the resort.
What is World of Frozen?
World of Frozen is an immersive themed area inspired by the two Frozen films. The land's architecture faithfully recreates the city of Arendelle with its half-timbered buildings, cobblestone streets and Scandinavian scenery. The attention to detail is remarkable: everything has been designed so that visitors feel as if they are stepping directly into the film's universe.
The land is located in Disney Adventure World, accessible with a 2-park ticket or directly with a 1-park Disney Adventure World ticket.
World of Frozen attractions
Frozen Ever After
The main attraction of the land. This boat dark ride takes visitors on a journey through Arendelle: Elsa's Ice Palace, the Troll Valley and the snow-covered fjords, featuring Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sven and Kristoff. The approximately 5-minute ride concludes with a drop that may cause splashes; consider bringing a plastic bag for cameras. No height restriction, accessible to families with young children.
A Celebration in Arendelle
A daytime show presented on the Bay of Arendelle, lasting approximately 20 minutes. Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff and the inhabitants of the kingdom celebrate the Snowflake Festival to the rhythm of the film's iconic songs. No height restriction, this is a highlight of the visit, accessible to all.
Royal Encounter
A meet-and-greet with Anna and Elsa at the Arendelle Castle. Visitors can interact with the characters and take photos. A free reservation is generally required, subject to availability on the day.
Character meet-and-greets
World of Frozen is one of the few places at Disneyland Paris where you can meet Elsa and Anna, the flagship characters of the franchise. These meet-and-greets take place in a dedicated area of the land, with a specific queue. Schedules are available on the Disneyland Paris app and vary depending on the period and season.
Other characters such as Sven or Olaf may also appear in the land during walking shows.
