Disneyland Paris - Disability & Mobility Access
Reduced rates, accessibility and priority access 2026

Disneyland Paris offers visitors with disabilities a reduced rate for themselves and their companion, attraction access cards, equipment for loan or hire, and accessibility guides. Here is how to take advantage of these benefits and what proof to present.

Reduced rate for disabilities at Disneyland Paris

Visitors with disabilities benefit from a 25 % reduction on the price of a Disney Parks ticket, for themselves and one companion.

How to get the reduced rate?

  1. Buy special rate tickets online, on the official ticketing site
  2. On the day of the visit, present the original of an official proof of disability and a photo ID at the gates to validate the ticket and collect the Priority Card
  3. Enter the parks with the Priority Card and the special rate ticket

Without valid proof, access to the parks at the special rate is refused. Examples of proof:

  • Mobility Inclusion Card (mentions invalidity, priority, parking or blindness)
  • Disability card
  • European parking card
  • Notification from the Departmental House for People with Disabilities (MDPH) or the Departmental House for Autonomy

The complete list, by country, is included in the official Priority Card application form. The military rate and other reductions are presented on our page Disneyland Paris special rates.

Priority access cards to attractions

Disneyland Paris issues two cards: the Priority Card, for a recognised disability, and the convenience card, for a long-term condition.

The Priority Card

It provides priority, but not immediate, access to visitors who present an official proof of disability accepted by Disneyland Paris. It is valid for attractions, theatres, outdoor shows, parades, character meet-and-greets and restaurant and shop cash registers.

  • Application: online up to 1 months before the visit, or directly on site
  • Collection: at a Disney Hotel or at the dedicated gates at the park entrance, on the day of the visit, with the case number, valid proof of disability and a photo ID
  • Duration: valid for the entire stay

The convenience card

It is intended for visitors with a long-term condition (ALD 30). It provides facilitated, but not immediate, access to attractions: at the attraction entrance, the card and appointment book allow you to obtain a time slot.

To obtain it, you must present a photo ID and the original of a medical certificate in French or English, signed by a doctor and dated less than 3 months ago, which attests to a chronic illness or long-term pathology without naming it.

Wheelchair hire

Wheelchairs are available for hire in the parks, as well as pushchairs. Personal wheelchairs are of course accepted: all restaurants and shops are wheelchair accessible.

Attraction accessibility

Depending on the attractions, there are specific facilities and adapted vehicles. Some can be enjoyed directly in the vehicle with the wheelchair; others require:

  • a transfer from the wheelchair to the seat, alone or with the help of a companion
  • a transfer within a limited time

These attractions bear the T symbol on the Accessibility Maps. For safety reasons, Cast Members may refuse access if the seat configuration or the visitor's build does not allow safe restraint in the vehicle.

Guides and accessibility maps

The Accessibility Guide and Accessibility Maps are available at City Hall (Disneyland Park), at Studio Services (Disney Adventure World), at the priority gates and in the Disney Hotels. They are also available for download:

Other services for visitors with disabilities

  • Shows and parades: dedicated spaces for visitors with disabilities and their companions; theatres equipped with a magnetic induction loop
  • Noise-cancelling headphones: available on loan for the day upon presentation of a Priority or Ease Card, without reservation and subject to availability
  • Audiodescription: audio information for visually impaired and blind visitors using the AudioSpot app
  • Transport: free wheelchair-accessible shuttles between the parks and Disney Hotels, and reserved spaces at Disneyland parking

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the Priority Card and the convenience card?

The Priority Card is obtained with an official proof of disability and provides priority, but not immediate, access to attractions, shows, parades, character meet-and-greets and cash registers. The convenience card applies to long-term conditions (ALD 30) and provides a time slot for attractions.
