So that everyone can fully and safely enjoy the Disneyland Paris complex, accessibility facilities are present in the parks. Disneyland Paris also offers special rate tickets, cheaper than standard tickets, for two audiences: military personnel and visitors with disabilities or reduced mobility with their companion. Here is who can benefit, how to buy them and the proofs to present on the day of the visit.
Tickets changed how they work on November 2024
Since 19 November 2024, Disneyland Paris entry ticket prices vary in real time, based on demand. Rates fluctuate daily, within a price range specific to each pricing period: as park attendance increases, so do prices.
Minimum prices are therefore lower than before, for an equivalent pricing period, but tickets can be more expensive in case of high demand. It is strongly advised to book your tickets as early as possible to secure the lowest rates. Dated tickets 1 to 4 days are cancellable and refundable up to 3 days before the visit date.
Situations eligible for special tickets
Military reduced rate
Active or retired military personnel can buy Disneyland Paris tickets at a special rate, upon presentation of a military card issued by the French, British or American government.
- Ticket concerned: dated ticket giving access to Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World. The durations offered are indicated on the official ticketing site at the time of booking
- Companions: up to 5 tickets in total (the military member and 4 relatives), adults or children
- Purchase: online, on the special rates page of the official ticketing site, with free cancellation up to 3 days before the visit
- Price: a reduction on the dated ticket price, which Disneyland Paris does not publish the rate for (we therefore do not display it). The rate changes according to the visit date: compare with the public price for the same day before booking
Military proof
On the day of the visit, the holder of the military card must be present: at the turnstiles, a Cast Member checks their card. Relatives cannot use the military tickets without them.
Gendarmes, firefighters, police: who is concerned?
- Gendarmes: the national gendarmerie is an armed force, its personnel have military status and can claim the rate upon presentation of their card
- Firefighters: only the Paris Fire Brigade and the Marseille Marine Fire Battalion are military units. Professional or volunteer firefighters from departments do not have this status
- Police officers: civil servants, they are not concerned by the military rate
Reduced rate for person with a disability and reduced mobility
Visitors with a disability (PSH) or reduced mobility (PMR) benefit from a 25 % reduction on the price of a Disney Parks ticket, for themselves and one companion.
The reduction applies to 1, 2 or 3-day dated tickets, for 1 or 2 parks, and to the Disneyland Pass (-25 % on purchase at the Disneyland Park ticket counters, upon presentation of an official disability proof). It does not apply to hotel + ticket stays.
The price of special disability tickets starts at €39/adult and €36/child (1-day ticket / 1 park, green period), for the person with a disability and their companion. The rate varies according to the park's pricing periods calendar.
Tickets are bought online. On the day of the visit, you must present the original of an official disability proof and an ID at the ticket counters: they validate the special rate ticket and hand over the Priority Card, to be presented with the ticket to enter the parks. Without a valid proof, access to the special rate is refused. The visit date of a special rate ticket does not need to be registered in advance, unlike a Disneyland Pass bought at a reduced rate.
